The past few months have been full of excitement, racing, and travel, crescendoing with the recent wedding/Ironman combo.
Life has at times felt like a mad symphony with an even madder conductor.
Trips to Canada x 2, Malaysia, France, Spain, Hawaii, and other US destinations have helped me rack up the frequent flyer miles and race tally–3 Ironmans, 2 halfs, and a bevy of shorter races over the past 5 months.
But, with IM Florida serving as the last race of the season, this week has been quiet. . a time for reflection and figuring out what comes next. I haven’t quite sorted it out, but I’ll let you know as I do.
In the meantime, I’m enjoying some quiet time. For me, that means trail runs with no watch, yoga, and catching up with friends. Oh, and at some point, I’ll get around to those thank you notes I”ve been putting off!
