I am a registered dietitian, health writer, and former professional triathlete who loves helping busy clients just like you live healthier and happier lives. Over the last 20 years in the wellness space, I’ve been lucky to help thousands of women learn to work with (not against!) their bodies to accomplish BOLD goals–everything from overcoming chronic fatigue to 90 lb weight loss.

I've been in your shoes.

For most of my twenties and early thirties, I was in a tug-of-war with my body. Eating less, exercising more, obsessed with food rules…And, to be honest, it wasn’t even working. I felt constantly deprived YET gaining weight. Worst of all, I was absolutely exhausted and it required way too much mental energy.

I knew there had to be a better way, and I set out to find it. After completing a degree in Human Biology at Stanford University, I went into a deep dive, earning Master’s degrees in both health behavior change and nutrition. Through plenty of schooling and self-experimentation, I gradually unlocked the keys to discovering freedom around food and making healthy eating effortless. I have a passion for translating evidence-based research into relatable science that has helped hundreds of women look–and MOST importantly– feel their best.
